Time for a little resurrection of a dying thread:

There shall in that time be rumors of things going astray, erm, and there shall be a great confusion as to where things really are, and nobody will really know where lieth those little things with the sort of raffia-work base, that has an attachment. At that time, a friend shall lose his friend's hammer, and the young shall not know where lieth the things possessed by their fathers that their fathers put there only just the night before, about eight O'clock.

At last, one I actually know! That's from Monty Python's Life of Brian.

And a most excellent choice if I may say so! :D

Now you listen to me, I'm an advertising man, not a red herring. I've got a job, a secretary, a mother, two ex-wives and several bartenders that depend upon me, and I don't intend to disappoint them all by getting myself "slightly" killed.

Oops, sorry guys, forgot I was doing this one!

So the first quote was:

Now you listen to me, I'm an advertising man, not a red herring. I've got a job, a secretary, a mother, two ex-wives and several bartenders that depend upon me, and I don't intend to disappoint them all by getting myself "slightly" killed.

And here's another:

Not that I mind a slight case of abduction now and then, but I have tickets for the theater this evening, to a show I was looking forward to and I get, well, kind of "unreasonable" about things like that.

And just because I skipped a few days, another :D :

[Person B wearing sunglasses to hide his identity]
Person A: Something wrong with your eyes?
Person B: Yes, they're sensitive to questions.
