Noted yes - if mods cant prove they are guilty, they note stuff, nothing wrong there.
Warned - where? I havn't seen one of these.

Excuse my french but for f*ck SAKE - he agreed to the blocking, it was not because the mods thought he cheated but simply to stop public 'unrest'
And as for being warned, ermmm no he hasnt...he got NOTED for switchfoot and warsteiner cos there was nothing indicating he was guilty and neither was there anything proving he was innocent[althought there never can be in such instances]

so he was not guilty and not innocent? or no prove either way?
nobody asks for a block unless they are gulity. he settles for a block because he realized receiving a block was letting him off the hook for his secret alliances. another slap on the wrist for a hacker.

What do you mean he agreed to a block...He had a long drawn out conversation with a moderator?
In my experience we get no Judge in Chambers for any punishments.Of course I have only ever been accussed of cheating once...oh yeah it was by warstiener....I was cleared BTW......Reminds me of song....I forget the title.
Anyway why do you guys keep bringing this subject back up..Its boring already

Sully pmed him about it, they had some form of pm conversation I believe, Warsteiner agreed to him and strakkenbillen being blocked.
Comments: both from the same county, never attacked eachother, seems they made a pact to wipe blue and I (green) out first. when asked then denied having a pact but the moves they both played clearly indicated they were working together.

no you lied, you said you would, then you said if your teammate agreed later, then you later said if you get conqueror, you changed your story 3x in those pm's, did you not?
i can let it go war, but i need to know, cause i was debating on the 5's thread to take you off or not, but i dont have enough proof, if mods let you off, then they let you off, but dim comes with more info, so i am puzzled on what to do is all.
