I suspect it relates to the archvillan in the last three from King's "Gunslinger" saga... but given the culmination of that evildoer's efforts, perhaps this is a clan for people who have found themselves deploying 18 on Alcatraz to break Fishman's Warf, only to realize too late that there's no coming back! LOL
