Bario Land/World

Bario Land

So i've worked on this a little bit for the last 1/2 hour or so and was just wondering if this was a waste of time... all i did was add the Bruiser (bowser) section kinda.

I figured since i'm changing the map entirely and changing all the names that shouldn't be any problem.

the classic, of course. this is the map i started with...

Been thought of before. I believe there were copyright issues.

well he can make his own, and call it "Marioland" so that he isn't violating any copyright issues

can people say why they're voting 'no'?

is it the land placement? graphics? You're a douche?

I mean, c'mon, we've got some maps that are a million times uglier and just all 'round worse than this...

OMG! I actually love this Mario map, and I would aslo love to see any other video game themed maps. I think it would be great to play on a map like that that is a little bit different.

The screen shot also would be covered by copyright you would have to change the layout and the colors

For territorries you could use the actual levels in Super Mario World. I have completed 100% of the game and I could give them to you. However, one problem is copyright laws. The other one is that it is for the most part linear (except the Forest of Illusion, for those of you who have gotten that far :wink:

I was considering doing this map awhile ago, but everyone yelled at me about copyright issues. I think its a great idea tho and that you should do it.
