Anybody willing to tutor me a little in mafia games in general? It looks like most people have SOME sort of experience, and, well, I've never played a mafia game before. In my life. So... please? IM me.

And it does seem strange that so many people here aren't really... well, noobs. I'm in three games now, an have signed up for two more, but I haven't finished any yet, so I'm still undeniably a noob. Anark's modding a game, for god's sake! And a few others are pretty borderline.

It's often a good thing to throw in a few experienced players into the mix, especially in a noob game this big. In fact I don't think I've seen one on CC yet this big. If the game was entirely made up of complete noobs, then it could be a recipe for disaster, especially if they deadbeat or don't know how to play etc.

yer me chu and nark will be some experience. to sort of guide you through the game as such,
otherwise like nag said you would just walk around and the game would fall in peices. plus you would pick up annoying mafia habits and we can get that out of you now

well to start check the first post of the sticky in this forum
c9 is a basic 7 player game that generally consits of 2 sucm 1 cop 1 doc 3 plain townies or a similar variation,
vanilla role = boring plain role. ie does nothing special
non vanilla means = has a special role
non vanilla game = all roles will have something special about them
