doodle earth map, three players. I had Asia, green has Africa, Red has NA. I cashed a rainbow set and stacked up on the asian/euro border. on a 13-13 territory, I started chipping at Green and ended up taking the territory and advancing seven on good dice. Total armies for green after that was 13 over 4 territories, I had 20 available for attack.
I ended up trying to eliminate him as he had 5 cards stacked and came up one short on bad dice. He leaves negative feedback calling me an idiot? Am I??? I was down armies in the first place and felt I needed to take advantage of my good initial roll or I was history, but apparently not???
You started out hot and went for it. I think it was tough luck and not bad dice that kept you from eliminating green. After all it was 20v13, but there were also 3 territories to conquer before the final assault which makes the numbers more like 20v16... which was not great odds in your favor.
I agree that this all out go for it attack does not deserve a neg.
Permission to Neg, does not Justify one. Soliciting opinions on your actions is not whining. Kemmler is a tard, and has the personality of an s.t.d. Going for the kill is balls out, and a worthy action. Better to die trying.
You're not in the wrong mate, but a more conservative player would not have gone for the kill against mighty odds. In saying that, the game is RISK!!! You risked it and nearly came up with the goods. Do not doubt your strategy in the slightest, but I know I would not have done what you did
