Suggestio Idea and the specifics: By clicking on the flag on the scoreboard, you get a list of players from that country listed by score.
Why is it needed: Although almost everyone who plays here speaks english, i think now and then everybody likes to play a game or two with/against their countrymen (it is easyer o speak your own language and it is easyer because there wouldnt be any time difference probleems) you would find people who speak your language and are in the same timezone more easily.
i like it, but it needs some other way besides clicking a flag in the scoreboard. How about a "sort by country" option in the dropdown menu where you can chose how members are sorted.
I think a filter with a pull-down menu for the country flags (which are way cool btw, thanks lacky) would be a better idea. that way you could just pull up the country you wanted to look at, instead of wading through pages and pages of other countries.
oh yeah I definitely want to change my country now lack... I want to be the best player in Bora-Bora! I know you can make that happen oh mr. great programmer.
I'm glad you like the idea, it is nice to see what is your ranking by contry, although primarily my idea was to make meeting the people from your country easier(for more casual conversations, and time difference problems)
Is it an idea to put a Search engine in scoreboard so that you cn search for who is the best player in one particulair country! There should be other options people would like to look at. I myself would like to know what ranking i got with other dutch players? An Idea????
I like that idea, because for mi and more players it would be a great extra for the motivation and playgame to beat you're landmate of the Top.
Its more closer then someone out another country to beat in the Scoreboard.
For Obysan: Maybe you can make a poll of you're idea?

What about dminus? He's quiet but plays ALL standard-classic-escalating-unlimited....some freestyle, some sequential. He's currently 16th but has held strong in the top 5 several times.
Allow players to either sort the scoreboard by country or search by country

Sort/search scoreboard by country
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
You will be able to see where you rank amongst your nation(without having to manually search all 88 pages as Blitzaholic suggested)
Might prove useful in tournaments which have national teams(like the World Cup) when teams need players
Previous(non-form) version: My suggestion is adding the possibility of sorting the scoreboard by country, or, if that's not possible, searching by country.
This would prove useful for example: [list] [*]When locating players from specific countries for some purpose [*]When seeing where you rank with players from your country(or other countries) [*]Some other third reason

Lack's a busy man! There is always a chance something like this could be a small add-on attached to a larger site-wide update. We'll just have to wait and see.
