i decided before that i didnt want forbidden city, but i forgot to change it. Anyways i like the midway idea better

well theres not much that us 'yanks' know of for the UK that would make a good map

im not asking for uk maps, despite being able to think of good maps now....however.....i want more non us related maps

how about a WWII theater? none of the fighting was done in the U.S, and since theres a lot of empty areas, there could be some zoomed in areas

like germany, pearl harbor, japan, UK, etc.

So I'm not sure why you think there is a US bias here or maybe I read your comments wrong?

cant forget china and that area, especially japan

also to get across the map faster, you could include N.A as 1 territory that can attack russia/bombard japan, and have a zoomed in area for pearl harbor


that way the u.s. is still in it, but its not so much about it as the other places

the us apocalypse hasnt happened yet, civil war has. the civil war was the bloodiest war on american soil also.

and apocalypse is a stupid map

Sam, I'm seeing 13 of 80 maps that are US themed (if you count things like North America as a US theme-if not then its 12).

That's a rather small (16%) plurality of the maps on this game

It does raise an interesting thought though. as to what "interest groups" would be represented:

And I wouldn't disagree with the idea that there are certainly maps that would be cool to play (London Underground is one that I'm disappointed can't be done-I've wondered if someone could work the idea with another city-such as the DC Metro system). I'd have interest in seeing a castle (Buckingham, Windsor for example) or even a few Empire maps (British, Spanish, Roman, Ottoman). That being said there's a lot to play here

I have just extended the poll to run another 30 days...won't end until 4 June which is around the Queens' Brithday weekend here is Australia.
