Settings will be sequential, flat rate, unlimited, sunny 4 man games.
This tournament is intended to feature the bombardment feature. By my count there are 12 maps (current and soon to be active) maps that feature bombardment to various extent
1. Waterloo 2. Pearl Harbor 3. Battle of Actium 4. Duck and Cover 5. Feudal War 6. WWII Western Front 7. WWII Gazala 8. Greater China 9. Arms Race 10. Das Sloss 11. WWII Ardennes 12. Age of Mayhem
To these 4 we're going to add the following four which have features that allow some remote one way attacks. 13. American Civil War 14. King of the Mountain 15. DDay Omaha Beach 16. Age of Merchants
48 players will be randomly sorted into three regions and play 16 games each (once on each map) in round one. Expect this to take a bit of time.
All 16 games will start at once so PREMIUMS ONLY
Round 2 will feature the top two players from each region.
In the event of a tie, tiebreakers will be done by a ballot of the players qualifying for the game. All players will have a home map to play the tiebreaker on and the random generator will select one map from all choices. So it is possible that if there are 4 players, three of them can select the same map but the map could end up as the 4th simply because of the random generator.
Round 2 will be a 6 player series with each player having a "home map" to host a game on. It is possible for all 6 players to have a home map so all finals games may be on the same map.
The winner will be whoever has the most second round wins. Wins will re-set at the beginning at each round.
Any finals tiebreaker will be best of three with the maps determined the same way as the first round tiebreakers with the first map being removed from the list for the second and so forth until all maps are used. If it is a 1v1 tiebreaker the random generator will be used only to determine the third map (with each player having one "home game"
So when signing up. Be sure to select a map to play on.
Thus when you
