Hey, guys. (If anyone still remembers me.)

I thought I'd pop in and say boo. (Well... actually, I was just going to lurk, but Fircoal caught me and twisted my arm.)

I'm not really back, but I may be around for a week or so to say hi.

Anyway, not much to explain about where I went. RL just hit me with a ton and a half of bricks, and I'm just now managing to dig my way out. Basically, right after the start of the semester last year, my classwork and research load got to the point where I couldn't afford any distractions, and this site was taking too much of my time.

Sorry for not saying so back then, though. That was pretty bastardy of me.

And, yeah, I doubt I'll ever get a chance to run any more games; at least, not for a long while.

Sadly enough, I actually signed up for a game... but on mafiascum. I figure that I can probably handle the slower pace there, at least over the summer. Given the pace of the games here, not a chance.

Well; it depends on how the summer goes. If my workload lightens up, I might try to get active again, but I kind of doubt it. I was spending 8-10 hours a day checking this site when I was here; there's no way I can manage that kind of activity level (nor would I want to).

well actually Tonka caught you, and then I pmed you to start a chat. Glad you followed my advice to post here.

Though I forgot to say that the pace is slower, and I have been able to scummarine in a couple of games.

I hardly even remember what I was planning to do for that one. I think it was going to be two competing cults, a bunch of townies, and a messiah. And the win condition for the cults was to recruit the messiah, and then lynch him.

Oh, and with romans as the mafia, and all the townies were either PFJ or JPF with grudgeholder win conditions. Or something. I know it was pretty messed up.

Sadly, it was the time it was taking for me to try to write that game that pushed me over the edge.
