The tiebreaker was whoever got last between the tied players would be eliminated from the race.

I think he random.org_ed the answer
No he didn't. He said somewhere on the first few pages this would be the tiebreaker:

If there's a tie on round 1, i'll just use random.org, although as far as I can remember there aren't any ties (i'm still awaiting 2 pms though)
Hey guys this weird thing is happening again where there are some seemingly arbitrary times when I'm unable to log into the forums. So I'm sorry I haven't been able to update in a couple days.
That being said, I'm missing 2 pms, so get those in ASAP, and i'll put the next update up tommorow night.
Alright i've received all PMS except for Neoteny, who has PMed me and should be PMing me again with his amount. I've updated everything else but his amount, so i'll put up the next round as soon as he PMs me.
PS. I realize last round was a bit awkward. What I did was I accidently deleted CLIVE, who was eliminated round 8, from the spreadsheet. This not only made the rankings messed up, but it also made it looked like i skipped a waypoint. Also, I mis-placed Borox and Iliad, which I corrected.
Finally, Skoffin was eliminated over Iliad because skoffin had arrived at waypoint 8 later than Iliad did, which meant that in the event of a tie, Skoffin would be the one eliminated. This is from the rules I posted at the beginning of the game, and which several of you have come up with. Once again, my apologies to Skoffin, for she had been playing so well up to then.
