It's a silly commentary on people that complain about rigged dice. I just imagined what it would be like if there was an actual factory of sweatshop workers rolling dice. And that, if it were true, would give validity to all the whiners about broken dice.

And it would also mean Lack was an evil bastard. And if he was an evil bastard he'd probably have a buttload of negative feedback!
