it's not as focal as it was and only temporary... but if you go into profile and look to the right of your Avatar, you can click on the feedback link.

i think the medals are a little silly. I wish they had opted for the standard military bar system of medals, with the actual pendant medals for special acheivements. Right now everyone has all the same medals, making all a bit pointless.
