hey what do i do if someone leaves me a bad rating because of a negitive feedback i left him some time ago?...is there a way to get it removed?

I think you're SOL at this point.

I put people who I've given a negative feedback on my ignore list. Same nowadays for people I've given a low rating.

If you're in multiple games with them and know you're going to rate them low, wait until the last game is over to do so.
