The accused are suspected of: i dont know how to explain it
Other: he left the game after i made a bad move, he kept calling me retarded. i told him i dont have anymore slots left to play and he said i must be tought a lesson

Please explain what you mean by "he left the game". Did he miss three consecutive turns and get kicked out of the game, or did he simply stop playing in real time?
People have 24 hours to take their turn and he looks like he is doing so, sorry but he makes a point the only way to make sure your games are rt is to be a paying member and play speed. I know people agree to play rt but what if someone randomly joins a game not knowing you want it to be rt is it their fault for then not playing rt? However the way he acts in game chat is horrible you might want to change your complaint to dealing with what he is saying in game chat.

are you jokeing, i wouldn't point the finger if i where you. and what i mean is that when i made a suicidal move, he said i need to be tought a lesson and left so i cant play, its all in the chat near the bottom
You missed what killmanic was saying. He is trying to tell you that the other player was being obnoxious, but not doing anything against the rules. Put the player on your foe list and you will not have to play against him/her again, and the comments in the game chat will disappear.
opps. i though that was demonfork posting, i looked at the subject and not the poster, my mistake. i guess my complaint now is that he was "verbaly" abusive
