Someone who is black might care. And I do care... it's offensive.

This is essentially a private club, so he has no rights to freedom of speech here.

I don't think it's too much to ask for someone to choose a name that isn't just blatantly offensive.

If you truly thinks that person went around the members looking for offensive names then you must be part of the not-so-bright-clan too....
Most likely simply stumble upon it and for some reason, offends him more than others and he reported it.

Without some rules all the dummies would pick name like kill**** or rapeyoung****. Some of them would offend you.
It's a game, played by many minors, not even teens yet.
There's other places for such names.

BTW - No one is out looking for user names. This putz showed up in one of my games.

i agree that the name is offensive, i just don't think we should bother ourselves just because someone gets offended. i think people should get tougher skin and get over it. if it's that big of a deal, foe the guy and never look at him again. otherwise, get on with your happy lives; getting upset is just what they want you to do
