As well as abusive game chat this player abuses the rating system. Check out the ratings he has left. He will abuse someone in the game and then rate them 1 star accross the board also if he loses a game he has a tendancy to leave people low ratings.

I have played a game or two with sonicspeed, and not once has he said anything abusive in our games.

If that is what he does, put him in your foes list. You don't need to put up with players who you find rude or offensive.
