Well, you just need to go to the CC main page, on the lower edge there's a line, something like "Copyright 2006 by Mysterious Company Name". Use An Unnamed World Dominating Internet Search Engine to search for this Mysterious Company Name and find its homepage, then you'll be more than halfway to finding contact info for lackattack outside of this site, pictures of him (myspace, facebook and all other such sites suck for exactly this reason, they let people you don't want to interact with see what you're up to).
To conclude, someone is being ridiculous, possibly several someones.

My sarcasm is lost on you. Its okay. Society makes allowances for folks like you. The point is that the rules are pretty clear, it is considered trolling if you post information from outside the site within the site. I say good riddance to suggs. I intent to enjoy the time where I don't have to read his comments.

If someone were to say to themselves "Hey, maybe I will call Lack and be a nuisance.", and then they researched a little bit to get the number, that is one thing. That was their idea...
But by providing the number, it is like spoon-feeding the idea to call Lack and be a nuisance.
You know, I recall the_lion being permabanned for much less.
