I've got all of the completed games for round 2... There are still 21 games playing. I'm going to make the round 3 games tonight and send the PM's out tomorrow. It looks like we lost 4 more people but at least by giving a couple extra days we were able to keep 2 others. This game is still up for grabs so far, as now NOONE is undefeated (although a couple are very close). I can't wait to see how this turns out.

I'm back! Vacation was swell (I went to San Diego California). I see everyone's been busy in the tournament. I'm going to take down all the round 3 results tomorrow and make a round 4 bracket. The next rounds games should be ready by Friday.

Most Round 3 games are finished but some have not started... Now I personally know that R0k0v and RAM16 went on a trip to Colorado, and could not join their games. However, it's Thursday now, and they have had plenty of time to join. Therefore, for the 5 players who have not joined yet, you have until tomorrow to join your games or you WILL be dropped (friend or not).

I'm very sorry for the delay but a change of schedule at home and some irregular sleep (I've slept 35 cumulative hours in the last 3 days) has set me back a little. It turns out that 1 person will be removed from the tournament at the close of round 3 - good bye gcwca_4_life - but the rest are still in. My bracket also seems to have fallen to hell. As the rounds go on it's difficult to make sure no one plays the same person twice and still remain w/in the confines of the bracket I had set up. So, I've developed a new system which will use my spreadsheet to help keep me organized. Everyone will still have 3 - 6 games, but, I'm going to need all round 3 games to finish before I can begin round 4. This is only for this round transition as I am now going to mark every square in my spread sheet as either a 1 (win), 0 (loss), - (next round game), X (future round game). I'd like to have all the 1's and 0's from the previous round down before I put in the -'s and X's. Again I'm very sorry for any delays and hope the best for all still participating in the tournament.

good news everyone! Although probably not the news you've been waiting to hear (I've been too busy to make the next rounds games), I've used some free time to do something a little interesting. Using my spreadsheet, I counted how many games each person has played, how many wins they have, and since it's a spreadsheet and can do division, each players percent (%) win average. With that I was able to calculate positions by % win avg. in the tournament (although we should keep in mind that % victory is only here because people have played different #'s of games, and it is not an absolute indicator of position by total wins). I've posted them on the main topic (and gotten rid of that pesky rd. 1 thing). I hope you enjoy, and I promise that when school starts I'll get cracking on rd. 4.
