The evidence,
#1 before the game in callouts firestar said do you mind if my friend plays i promise we wont team, darkle was not online
#2 they both have the same rating and they both have different excuses for missing turns on the same game
#3 they both difened there own borders with 3 and did some fake fighing but never breached while the other borders had 13+
#4 then they did an "NAP" after they had taken over almost the whole map and everyone else was dead
#5 the number of games played together

I still checked, FireStar and darklemondude are not multis with each other. Granted that they do know each other and play a lot of games together, does not automatically mean they have/had a secret alliance in their games. If there will be more reports for the same players and more specific details to prove their guilt, then we shall evaluate this further for a possible block. For now, this is noted for future reference.
