but it wasn't to cheat...Your intent in having multiple accounts doesn't matter. When you join, you agree not to have more than one account as an individual is against the rules. If you want an example, look at spinwizard sometime. He created a multi to use for playing mafia games, and he got busted and punished.Home Page wrote:Having multiple accounts is considered cheating. I agree, but he policy states, which was verified, that I could remit premium payment again and be let back in. do you not read that in what I have written?

Andy told me, when he knew that polarbeast was indeed the_lion that I could come back if I paid for premium again, which is what their policy states.deliaselene wrote:turtlewax wrote:MOBAJOBG wrote:Wow! lets make this crystal clear ....
yes you did explain in full to the mods
and yes they said pay premium you can come back
I would have to sue for legal fees as well. And Timmy, I realize now that you didn't think that it was me. Bygones.MOBAJOBG wrote:So, are you going to pay up and come right back to CC pronto? or pay hugo bucks to the lawyer which may just take forever?
I see... so when they said that I could come back after I paid a second time, then kicked me out for nothing, knowing that polarbeast was me in the first place, then that was okay... coming from you that knows really nothing about the situation, because you seem to think its okay to bait and switch, it doesn't mean much.Nikolai wrote:Holy sh*t. Are you guys really, seriously whining about the lack of leniency on behalf of the mods when, after multiple multi abuses - the reasons for which do not matter - this guy was to be permitted to continue to play at all?I find that almost as ridiculous as the fact that this character is whining about his ban from a multi account.
Dude, seriously. Not the right way to go about appealing this. Yes, the system has problems. Yes, it can be subject to abuse. But you aren't going to successfully achieve anything constructive with this level of boneheadedness.
To clear up an apparent misconception... it doesn't matter if you changed your IP. The rules state clearly that a multi is more than one account belonging to the same person.
Oh, and one more thing. Public opinion petitions and polls regarding who goes and who stays and who comes back do not matter unless the mods are feeling generous enough to actually give a crap about your opinions. So... you might want to try to avoid bad-mouthing them while appealing to their sense of generosity.
I wish they did that...Nikolai wrote:They're being downright kind to start the guy fresh with the option of paying for Premium to get unbusted.
They swindled me out of my membership fee. I fail to see how that is lenient.Nikolai wrote:Okay. I don't really care if you think my opinion counts or not... I'm just pointing out that the mods have been extremely lenient in your case, and for you to antagonize them while appealing to their generosity is not a very good plan. Those are not opinions. Those are facts. Take them or leave them.
He gave them the money and they didn't give him the membership. He got robbed of the 25$, pretty simple.Nikolai wrote:Okay. I don't really care if you think my opinion counts or not... Nikolai wrote:Swindled? Your fee was paid on a confessed multi account. You, personally, confessed earlier in this thread to having created and run several other multi accounts. This makes you a repeat offender. They were being perfectly reasonable in removing your premium status. Hardly a "swindle".
Right. So you were busted for a (confessed) multi, had your premium removed, if you want back in pay up. All exactly according to policy, as you just said. And now you're going to whine about how unfair it all is?turtlewax wrote:Get this through your thick head... the very email that they send out to multis states in it that they can come back if they pay again. you get caught being a multi
you pay again for premium
you get back into the site...

ummm... the unfair part is that they turned around and took the premium away for no reason other than the fact that I am the_lion. I already paid for it... they just need to deliver it.Nikolai wrote:Oh, sorry... didn't see this little addition earlier.

I think what is trying to say is that he broke the rule once. And in the rules it say if you break the rule TWICE then you losse your premium.Nikolai wrote:Oh, sorry... didn't see this little addition earlier.

I suggest e-mailing the moderator? You seem to have done that, disliked the answer, and multi'ed in the interest of stirring up a fuss. Now, you tell me... having been busted for multi multiple times, what happens to you? Oh, yeah... you pay for Premium again and move on.turtlewax wrote:Nikolai wrote:Swindled? How else would I be able to get to this point and make my case?
The normal channels of appeal are closed to me. And besides, I am owed the time and games anyway... I fucking paid for them.
HE DID PAY UP AND HIS ACCOUNT WAS STILL BANNED. god...Nikolai wrote:Oh, sorry... didn't see this little addition earlier.

Seriously... stop whining. The normal channels of appeal are private communication with the moderator in charge of your case... they aren't closed to you. And you aren't owed anything. Somehow you aren't getting this... you're a multi. They have every reason and right to take away your premium.
Androidz, he's a repeat offender... multi'ed several times before this IP change, per his own statements, started a new multi after the IP change, and is now posting in this thread on another multi. Why are you trying to defend this?
Hey, thanks for the advice. The private channels are closed to me. I have been bumped around from mod to mod and ignored long enough. I don't want to go to a lawyer, I want to play cc. Since it seems that you can barely read, I won't bother telling you to go back and re-read my story... its obviously to complicated a story for you. But I will suggest that since it is beyond your comprehension that you should really refrain from commenting further.Nikolai wrote:I suggest e-mailing the moderator?
