But he could've investigated and gotten a town result. That's not exactly enough to say that he's absolutely right given sanities, like you said, but it's a start, at least.

i really incline myself to the watcher/tracker theory, but anyway this is not helping anyone all that much, and even before AD post, i didnt beliave that kalish could push for skoff lynch and then nk her, i mean him IS a good player, lets give him some credit and start to find something else to do, for example in our first lynch we got a mafia cop, so we could deduct that scum hides amongst those who didnt vote, and just for what i remember that includes /, william18, kwan and someone else that i dont remember (skoff didnt vote but now she is dead, and shadow didnt vote but him proved his claim to be true, so him is out of question)

Scum or not, I honestly rarely vote on day one, unless the game is very small or someone really messed up. (or perhaps if there's a day cop.)
I'm going to agree with Sierra on suspicions against Kiwi, assuming there is more than one killer, Kiwi is the least likely person to send in his actions throughout a game.

my Skittles! vote was a joke, and I fake voted Jake because I wanted him to claim and didn't want to hammer without a claim. Sure enough, he came back the next day, but it didn't matter as he was hammered and scum.
