Have a look at game 3057384 (Scotland) and the full log.. Teal and Yellow taking ALL of their turns within 1 minute of each other every single time.. And then finally 'they' agree to a truce within 1 minute of each other in the chat.

I checked all their games and they have been in a LOT of games together. I'd say this is pretty clear cut. In checking games I also found another player that 'they' are in games with a lot, called, surpise, michaeltj18 .
