Lacks 'Year on' speech

I think we need lack to start writing his speech now. Hes got 3 weeks to prepare. Something defining and interesting. Kinda like a best mans speech but with memories etc. Anyone agree?

Ps. sorry Lack if you dont want to.

I think it should be "Year One."

Also, I bet he'll do the ol' "Look what we've accomplished, look where we've come from" thing.

Personally I think it is a neat idea...especially if The Andy writes it! More than recapping the year, I would love to hear predictions / expectations for the coming year.....
