It would be an option similar to the number of players but instead of having only the option of unlimited, adjacent, or chained. There would be an option where you could actually choose the # of forts you can make.
i.e. 6 player, seq, 2 fortifications per turn.
I do not know how to do this but was wondering if anyone else would llike to see this option.
