Comments:
- noticed immeidately they only attacked me. Not a huge problem at first.
- then when Try Again gets a medium bonus (Scandinavia, on Europe), CaptainChaos77 doesn't attack it. Instead he attacks me. And doesn't attack ALL GAME
- nothing in CHAT until I point it out to 4th player. THEN they say something like "oh, maybe we SHOULD partner."
- I've been accused of these things even AFTER my supposed partner attacked me; but my comments are on the chat BEFORE the moves. These two definetely played a coordinated game until AFTER I mentioned it, then it seems they backed off* and let Yellow take me out. *CC77 received ~24 could have taken me out,but fortified instead.

- Finally note in Chat that I called CaptainChaos77 Capt. Non-Cook. He has a rank of ~580, but plays better than most captain/majors/colonels I've seen. Something is definitely going on there. May be a Multi or was following advice from partner.

Your org did a nice and fair job of reviewing games I was accused of. Please do the same for these two.

I have never heard of any of the people I played with in that game. I just went on Live chat looking for a game to play in Real Time. I joined theirs. It was fog of war mind you and I couldn't see that Blue, Try Again, Had a Bonus in Scandinavia. My main focus at the time was to just get my Bonus in Germany. Throughout the whole game he kept carrying on about how I was a Alt and that me and this Try Again person had a secret diplomacy...


About the point of me being a "Non-cook" Just because someone is a cook does not mean that they aren't good at the game. I usually end up in games with people of a higher rank and end up losing... A LOT. I don't know what else to say and I have left David with a feedback according to how he acted in the game.

captainchaos77 and Try Again are cleared of being multis with each other. Also, upon checking, this is their first game played together so far. We would need more than 1 game of strong evidence that they have made suspicious moves that could lead into a secret alliance between them. If you feel they had a secret diplomacy in your game, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings.
