Anyways, we had already said it's unlikely LOVO used the PA since he wasn't here at the time, which is why he had to be replaced, but it may be worth looking into again.

I'm pretty sure sierra is athena and fircoal is ares at this point, for ares posted the pokemon theme song and athena didn't message at all until lovo was replaced and sierra took over, thus, I think that sierra fake claimed as xena and then used his powers as athena to make said claim seem more likely, and we all know fircoal is obsessed with pokemon, and would post it's theme song to be screwy in a game like this. Therefore, fircoal needs to die.

I seriously doubt any of the messages that were not signed by Athena or Ares came from either one of them. The Spanish message, the Lord Voldemort message, the Helen of Troy message and the pokemon message: I don't think they wrote any of those four messages. Athena has shown to only post in caps and Ares started his message by saying "I was waiting for Athena to say something", indicating that was his first message.

When I replaced LoVo, Skoffin assured me that he had done absolutely nothing. That includes somehow sending messages through the speakers. Also, I don't have a role who can do that without using the PA system, so LoVo couldn't even have done it if he wanted to. On that note: I've never send any messages myself.

Judging Mandy's reaction to my accusation, I doubt he's Ares. He's way too indifferent about it for him to be Ares. Unvote.

Salubri being Ares is highly unlikely. Why would Ares risk exposing himself only to get a pawn of Athena lynched? He could be a pawn of Ares like I am one of Athena, but I'm going to assume he's speaking the truth and we both have a (different) Xena role. I've heard enough people commenting how that could flavour-wise be possible to believe it's true.

Fortunately, there are not many people here who could write a message like the one Ares did here. He phrased his sentences very delicately and used the abbreviation WC for Win Condition. People I deem qualified to write such a message are (most likely first):

- F1fth
- Skittles!
- Nagerous
- Kwanton
- anyone I forget? feel free to suggest.
These would also fall under the category of "the better players in this game" that Ares has apparently been recruiting. Mandy's the one who's been keeping his head down most, so he's my top suspect of these people.

As for your catch on skittles: I think your argument is valid. Skittles appears to be backtracking from his slip where he hinted at being an Ancient Greece character himself. I'm not sure how that would imply he's Ares in a game where most of the characters appear to be from that age, but the fact alone that he was backtracking is a scum-tell.

I have to disagree. I don't think that I backtracked [and yes, this can be seen as backtracking, because i'm trying to explain my actions], because when I posted that post, where I thought it was based around Ancient Greece, I forgot my character name. Now that I remembered my role character name, I can see it's more based on popular figures of society, or well known figures of society.

Though from what I've seen, a lot of this is based around ancient Greece.

I'm almost certain I know who Athena is at the moment, but before I say anything, were we in agreement that we should lynch either one if we found them just to end it, or were we leaning more towards lynching Ares only? Because if it's the later, I might be better off not saying.

Very well, I'm almost sure it's Skittles!, the fact the first message appeared right after the replacement suggests one of the three replacements, Clive is dead, Neutrino is possible, but Skittles has one several occasions suggested a "cradle of civilization" theme to this game, then repeatedly and purposely distanced himself from the Athena Role, with comments like "no wonder why this person stopped playing. boring role", "when I looked at my role again, I saw it couldn't possibly be Asia Minor/Greece" or the posts from just this page even.
These posts were likely to make Ares ignore him in his search.
This method of focusing on the greek aspects of this game, but at the same time using nearly every post to let everyone know that he's definitely not a Greek related role or even important, suggests a power role from Greece.
Namely Athena.
