EDIT: This was meant for JND.
Though "Already Gone" by The Eagles. Not really a big pump up song in my opinion.
Try "Indestructable" by Disturbed. That's a very good pump up song.

When I was shopping today (dull everyday domestic shop), I picked up a CD of Janis Joplin live in 1968 with Big Brother and the Holding Company.
Just listened to it - amazing.

I've never been a big Joplin fan.

"Pinball Wizard" Classic. Probably my favorite song by The Who right now (since Baba O'Riley is overplayed).

I thought I only had Who's Next, but after another search through my parents' cd collection I found a rolling stones cd, a Wilco cd, and another Who cd.

I have The Who's Greatest hits, Who's Next, and Quadrophenia. I don't have any Rolling Stones cds.

Anyone who's into The Stones and the Who should check out the lesser-known Pretty Things.

That is the goal. Though that word is kind of taboo in this thread. I'll let it go since you're new.
