You will play a series of randomly assigned team games, teams will change, maps will change, settings will change
The only exception is all games will be SEQUENTIAL
If your team wins the game you are immune and move to the next round
If your team loses, one person from the team has to go, you will vote for someone on your own team to decide who gets the boot
There are 2 rounds (later in the tourney) where a person will get eliminated without playing a game.
One elimination will be decided by a wide open vote
One person will be eliminated by the number of votes they have collected
You will enter the tournament with the number of immunities and votes that the person you replaced have gained. In this case you will have 6 immunities and no votes against. This is a good thing.
If you win, you have immunity for the next round
If you lose you have to vote for someone that was on your team for ejection
Winning immunities is good for later in the game
Gaining votes and not being ejected is bad, though not as bad as being ejected.
