Just a question, With the play offs i get that each confrence is split up into 8 teams and then those teams are split into groups of four.

You say that the top three from each confrience move on to the play offs, is it the top three over all or is it like the winner of Group A, Winner of group B and then the next best from both Group A and B combined to make the final three of the confrence or what?
