The answer was Led Zeppelin I & II. Looking back it was kind of weird for my first 2 CDs to be the same artist but that's what I wanted. My brother who was with me when I bought the CD player said "OK" and bought Led Zeppelin III. So for the first week or two I only had 3 CDs on my player: Zeppelin I - III. Then I bought the Doors first one on CD. And it began. I now own over 1000 CDs.
On another note: You guys should play the Song Game in Forum Games.
My dad actually did something similar. His first cd was Wish You were Here, his second The Wall, and the third was Dark Side of the Moon. He picked them because when he first heard Shine On You Crazy Diamond on CD, he heard parts of the song that he hadn't heard before and thought it would be the same for all Pink Floyd songs. Though it's not his favorite band. He actually prefers, The Who, Led Zeppelin and ZZ Top over Pink Floyd.

And the Verve "Forth", their first CD in a decade.
The only band that has ever made me say "Go f*ck yourselves" to the Rolling Stones.
Yeah, I love the Verve and the Stones but to the Stones you want to ask "Don't you guys have enough $ already. Give it a break."
Yeah, besides, the charges sounded kind of BS to me. I mean I really did not see the similarity enough to warrant it. It's kind of like when Dani California was accused of being ripped off from Last Dance With Mary Jane. I heard similarities but not enough to warrant anything. Besides, that song is kick ass.

Wow. That really was coherent.
On another note (no pun intended), my karate class did a demo for a Japanese Festival run through the University, yet held at the High School. We did kata (forms, and it was basic), then open hand upper rank katas (3 of us), then knife and stick disarms, then 2 more upper rank open hand katas, basic throws, last set of open hand katas, then advanced throws, then 1st set of weapons katas, then escapes, then some more weapons, then one more set of weapons, and then a grappling match and a sparring match at the same time. Immediately following our demo, the next group was about kimono dressing. I somewhat felt sorry, yet at the same time I was trying to stay awake to listen to what they were saying (I was standing up, mind you). So, I'm kind of tired after that and many chores today.
We used to do demonstrations when I was younger. I remember my second one when I had gotten my blue belt (right before I started adult class). We were doing round house kicks and I had always been the best at round house kicks. but on that night I just could not do a roundhouse kick to save my life.

I can't risk drinking right now, I'm on 3 months probation. Basically I hadn't been drinking (that night) but I was in a room playing video games with some guys who had been.

Hehe, awesome. Actually, when I first started getting into rock, I checked out my dad's cd collection. At the time I didn't find anything great. But everytime I look now, i find some awesome stuff. I just recently found a Wilco album, "The Kids are alright" by the Who, and 2 live Rolling Stones cd's.

It's really not that bad. I've never been a big drinker. I only drink maybe once or twice a week and I rarely have more than three beers, which for me has never really done much.

The miniatures game is like a small battle instead of fighting for the whole world. It's cool because you create your army for each game rather than playing with the same stuff for every game. Like any miniatures game it's a collectible game. But you don't have to spend thousands of dollars on it like I have. There is a land and a sea game. I mean what could be cooler than tiny plastic WWII tanks and ships . You should check out the Avalon Hill website. They make the game.

So it's like WarHammer then...
In heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine, in heaven... Everything is fine... You got your things, and I've got mine.
