wait, first you say please, then you threaten me with a warning. which is it? and i feel i have ever right to post the quote, he said it, and it is a huge point in this entire matter. i feel as if the quote needs to be on each subsuquent page, because max has yet to explain how these words that he typed to a female member are not offensive or a bannable offense. if you feel they are offensive, as a mod, you have to option of editing it. until then, it is not against the rules of the GD to post a quote from a member that is valid in the argument. and i truly feel that max's statement of:

What are you even talking about? My brother went on yesterday with my asking, but out of his own volition. It wasnt me speaking for him and it wasnt me who was on his account. I have absolutely no idea what you are referring to now though, because today he was passed out on the keyboard asleep, so I dont know what he could have possibly said. While my brothers ban yesterday is included in this thread, (as to this moment he has never received a pm explaining why he was banned,) him being on live chat today has nothing to do with this thread. please do so, just dont forget to include the comments that instigated it. What James Vazquez called me was on par to what I said to Tisha, I was hinting at the reason for her being anal, but I never called her a dildo. James intentionally made that comment for the purpose of flaming me and, while I have no problem with people calling me whatever they want, I do if I am going to be banished if I were to make the same comment referring to someone else. Furthermore, whether you or others see it as a flame, there was no reason why I should have been banished for calling him out on the flame. You can disagree all you want, but taking action and banning me because James flamed me and I viewed it as the flame it was, is an abuse of his powers.

Earlier that week, King_Herpes and Queen_Gonorrhea were banned because of their names being mentioned in the middle of a post someone else wrote and when he finally realized and let them back in, James refused to apologize for his mistake and banned them again because Herpes called him out for his lack of an apology. James Vazquez is incompetent, and whether or not you like me, or the comment I made about Tisha, no one has bothered to explain the reasons for my 3 and 4th block other than because of his dislike towards me.

I'd venture a guess and it's only my opinion but I'm sure there are many many players that would agree with me. CC would definitely be a better place without Maxatstuy. From problems with blocks, cheats and multi's not to mention Live Chat along with abuse in every single one of Game chat that I play. Managed to destroy the site and countless player's reputations- they can no longer fully enjoy what the site has to offer because of the multitude of blocks placed on them due to Max abusing their trust when account sitting for them.

Ban this guy- lift the blocks and the site will become enjoyable once again.

You are an abusive player who tries to cover up his inability to play without bruce being there to gift you games by blaming it on dice and your internet connection. Complaining about someone winning 3-1 and 4-2 is hysterical considering how amazing your dice are in every game you are in where bruce isnt there to gift it to you. That is an nonfactual post written by someone who is obviously too concerned about whom I said it to than what the context was where I said it. First of all, you STILL havent explained my third and fourth banishment which is the only thing up right no for referendum. And secondly, that was the first comment I spoke to her that day in chat. The moment I came into live chat, she tried to start conflict with me and instead of listening to her, I told her off. I hadnt instigated it, she did by initially opening up her mouth and saying something about me before I had even posted anything derogatory, flaming, or referencing her.
