The Quest (Part 2)

I have had this idea running around in my head for about a month now, and its time to get it going! This is the second of a 5 part series of tournaments, a quest to find the greatest quadruplets team! but this IS NOT A QUAD TOURNAMENT! confused?
Most great quad teams play more and more team games until they find a good team of suitable players, well I think i can one up that. The first 4 tournaments will be finding the best players of a paticular field
Part 1 - 1v1 tournament: Striker (To be the quickest to grab contries and end a fast paced battle!)
Part 2 - 8-way escalating: Tactition (To judge the distance, find the effective route to take down all enemies in a giant chain!)
Part 3 - Assassin: Sniper (To be able to find your target and take them down quickly and effectivly)
Part 4 - doubles: Leader (To be the controller, to find one to bring the team togeather)
Part 5 - The Test, all 4 winners will come togeather on the same quad team, and if this truely works, you should with your combined tallents win the tournament!
Part 2 Rules
When you first Sign up I will place you (randomly) into 8 groups of 8, you will play 8-way esc games, all of which on basic style maps. You will play a total of 21 games, WINNING is all that concerns us here, no bonus points for second place! The players with the most wins after 21 games will advance to the final group of 8 which is whare you will repeat the process with those players, to find the winner of the tactition possission on the team!
SPECIAL NOTE *REQUIRED PLEASE READ*:
I would like to ask that if you join this tournament, you will agree, that if you win, you will join in part 5, with the quad team of winners from the other 3 tournaments. By joining this tournament you are agreeing to at a later time join the 5th tournament.
