this is the second (current) high profile accusation, and at one point i was in the defense of both, which makes this even worse...i love this game, and although i could care less about losing a few points to a few cheaters here or there, having someone who's played nearly 1000 games....know how people feel about cheating....know how annoyed people get with it, allow themselves to get greedy, bored or ambivalent enough to do it is beyond me

or more to the point....this suks

Second CURRENT case.

stevegriffiths23 had the most multis of anyone and he a good player/high ranker before that.

weidsun/Clio/meltinguras/kusunoki is still probably the most high profile bust in history though. It was before my time but I believe all 4 were in the top 10 of the scoreboard or something ridiculous like that. And he posted under each name and developed seperate personalities for each? I don't know how that all worked.

steve/medal/dminus were all caught or accused fairly early on at least it seems. weidsun most have been around forever with those names to get them all that high up and well known.

That's pretty much how it was... although I think Clio was lower down, and only weidsun and kusunoki had personalities. He/She/It got away with it because those were the days before there were moderators and frequent checks of these things. And, also, that's some skill man... all those top ranks... They hardly ever played with each other, so why suspect? Kusunoki congratulated weidsun on hitting #1 on the board (or was it the other way around?) and Lack did what I suppose was a random check and busted them. Good times, good times.

Oh man, I've been on the back side of the moon for a couple of weeks so this is the 1st I've heard of this...
And my quasi-absence was caused by someone at work doing something equally stupid...

The only difference is, nobody goes to jail for embezzeling CC points.

It's a pity, but if someone will compromise their integrity for CC points, they certainly cannot ever be trusted with anything...
