I think it should be harsher because it just wasn't your regular porn site, it was underage girls (unless child pornography is legal in Canada now-a-days?). I don't think that's comparable, really. 4chan must have these issues all the time, they can't afford to give anybody some slack. So one child porn picture is okay? Porn is clearly stated, in the guidelines, as a no-no. The fact that he would even link to that site, which contained pornography, is generally enough for a regular ban.
