if some one is busted as a multi and leaves is it in the rules that they may never return or can they return some time later as proper players?

Nope, if they were a free account, they can return (unless they were busted as a multi...then they have to purchase premium).

i proberly am but if you judge people so strongly on such an issue it reflects only worse on yourself as i may be badly educated... using english as a second language... have a mild form of dyslexia(pardon the spellin)... or else im just used to writing like this by habit of instant messanging wit friends and am in a bad habit of it. me i just use it cause its easier and i no myself i never go beyond comprehension or others which is grand.. no?
