Usually, the accusation of being a multi is based on a single person playing in the same game with multiple accounts. In your game, btown101 is clearly playing with only 1 account and is by definition not a multi, unless you are accusing him of also playing your account, in which case you're both multis.
If you suspect him of being a multi in games other than the one you've cited, you should add those to your accusation. Otherwise, btown101 has no case to answer here

WRONG!!!! Being a multi has NOTHING to do with the games one plays but with how many accounts one has!
Rule #1 states that multiple accounts "are strictly forbidden whether or not they play in the same games"

im not sure if you looked at the game the guy played...
WATERLOO (only one of the most complicated maps) and this guy WON!!! also, there is a guy called btown80 so for another person to make an account with a very similar name without insider information...
Ok, so if demonfork thinks btown101 and btown80 are the same person, than he should include BOTH of them in his form. As if stands, the form submitted doesn't make much sense without that additional clarification.
So the accusation is: a new player understands a complicated map, so he either has multiple accounts or formerly played under a different name. That's possible, but this accusation still lacks much other evidence
Holy crap, how did my name get brought up. That's unfortunate. I can assure you that I don't know this btown101 guy, although if my memory serves me right, I think I might have played against him once.... Yeah on september 17th, we played a game together, I remember chatting with him about the name (he said I stole his name) Anyways, I have no affiliation with btown101. I'm sure the moderators can confirm that, with log in patterns/IP addresses...

Also, I have never played the waterloo map... so btown101's previous username would have to be a user that has played the map before, since that is the basis for the accusation.
