This is the only game they have played together, but the facts that they hava attacked each other only once yn almost 4 rounds, they play almost at the same time and that are from the same country makes me strongly think that these guys are mutlis or that they have a secret alliance

I agree, you look at their moves and their positions and it looks suspiciously convenient. If not multis, these users definitely have a secret alliance.

Simply, yes. If you would like the system to be changed, there are a number of threads in the Suggestions & Bug Reports forum discussing how to deal with users who have been busted.
