Or personal info (just a picture and the name) of someone NOT on CC, which would also apply to the "picture of yourself" thread. Just curious...

The same thing happened when they banned the four users for posting on other accounts earlier (including DM). This had been done before under very similar circumstances, yet no action was taken. However, once DM did it shit went down. It must be hard for DM, honestly. There's no way to tell when his actions break the rules. Just as with last time, I guarantee there will never again be a ban over this sort of thing. For instance, my sister's phone number is (630)-386-2820.

My question is did anyone try his phone number and ask him or did the mods try to contact him and ask him (they should have his email address)? My guess is they didn't, because they weren't interested in finding out the whole story, only in laying the smackdown on DM because they were displeased with him.

Please be write using specifics, you have a vauge stile which I'm struggling with ie not stating what you were addressing in the orriginal post and using phrases like "the source in question"which could be either DM or Semigall.

The bolded part was in reference to the orriginal debate, not whether or not he wanted his phone number posted.

Do you really think they "are exactly the same thing"? They are not. But it illustrates that just because someone requests that you break a rule/law that would potentially harm them, it doesn't make it okay to do it.
