I've had a great afternoon on wikipedia reading about Woodstock
Boy oh boy, I'm a massive blues fan, and this whole concert was blues orientated music. if you want to waste this Sunday listening to some old tunes, then do what i did on Saturday and use wiki + you tube to listen to the best ever musical jam since time started. I was only 9 months old when this thing happened, but it fucking rocks. take some time out and learn some musical history this weekend. you won't be disappointed.
You'll be disappointed that you weren't old enough to be there.
I certainly am.
here are some of the best links i found.. (without going down the hedrix route.)
Sitar by Ravi Shankar at Woodstock
Keef Hartley Band - Halfbreed - Leavin' Trunk
Santana - Soul Sacrifice

Grateful Dead-Dark Star
Creedence Clearwater Revival CCR - Suzie Q LIVE AT WOODSTOCK
Creedence Clearwater Revival: Proud Mary

I'd love to see you lot post some of your woodstock links that make you break out in hairs over over your body, that signals.... THIS TUNE IS SPECIAL
