where are all the new players?

i play quite a bit of games, different maps, styles, casual and speed games, and at all times of the day/week, and have noticed that there are very few new players. Not just talking cooks, cadets, and privates, as many veteran players hold those ranks, but new recruits. i miss the fresh meat and new blood, not that i consider myself a noob farmer, but like to play different players.

well i just learned something new today, ty i was unaware that you could look that up.

but my point was there are very few new recruits joining the various games ive been in lately

i think they join games (or get invited to games) on complicated maps and that causes them to lose interest...

i play them all the time one or 2 always joins my games maybe thaks case i start a lot of games but whatever
and yes you can look at any member who ever join it is the members link below the search button

well i strongly think that they don't like CC cuz once they join a lot of them fall to the hands of those very farmers. The farmers beat them up so bad that they feel CC is a waste of time. Therefore ?'s shouldn't be allowed to play anyone above their rank for the first 5 games or so

It has been suggested to death, One of the biggest farmer(who doesn't happen to be the Conqueror at the moment) is good buddies with the Mods and a suggestion like this always gets over looked and nothing will ever get done!

Thats why rank means nothing anymore, and site traffic is down 25%

Hello all. I myself am a newb and hoping to climb the ranks of the great tacticians of this site.......but first I have to learn the game. I do agree with the previously mentioned idea that the newbs probably jump on very difficult maps, don't want to take time to learn and understand the complexity of the maps and drop. This site is a great site, but IMO is very confusing to someone who is just getting started.

To retain and even involve more newer blood, perhaps the site needs a good beginner section. A more detailed Rules and Instruction page. I'd even suggest finding veterans to take newbs under their wing, critiquing and improving their skills to better their chances against war trodden tacticians

Just my own 2 cents. Hope to become better acquanted with everyone.
