Nothing at the moment, but I'm psyched (in a rather pathetic middle aged way) that the grocer that just opened up behind our house has a walk-in beer cooler and sells singles. I'm slowly working my way through all his brands. Abita Turbo Dog rocks.

In Lambertville there was a good beer shop - I bought some Sam Smith's organic cider, but frankly it wasn't special.

Apropos to something, I kinda sprung for a somewhat expensive champagne (for me),a Chevalier de Grenelle (or something) only to forget that at the party I was going to we would all be a bit too sloshed to really enjoy the bouquet by midnight. It was a spectacular New Year, regardless. And a very good champagne.
