Not only is your blaming of twill wrong, its a little arrogant. The only person that has said anything about t-o-m not being allowed to continue his map is me.

Not letting his continue is part of the NEW forum guidelines, which states:

If you choose to make posts for individuals who have received a vacation or a ban, don't be surprised if you find yourself quickly joining them in paradise.

Letting him finish his first map is a sign of good will so that his good work that he did before being banned doesn't go to waste. However being that he is now forum banned, letting him work within the forum via a third party is wrong in many opinions. (Both within abd outwith teamCC)/ If you get yourself banned you should lose all forum priviages, weather or not those contribute to the site or not.

Sorry that this is what it came to, but t-o-m had more than enought chances to redeem his behaviour.

The final word is, banned members are that, banned. That means that even if he wants to continue to contribute to the site, he can't since his ban means he is banished from the forum. Long story short, t-o-m can't continue his map, sorry.

the mods/lack/"powers that be" figured out that a previous policy (allowing people to post on behalf of banned people) was a poor one. It allows a person who is banned to circumvent that banning. tom should feel lucky he was allowed to finish his old map.

Well the initial discussion was about t-o-m not being aloud to continue his map, so what is it going to be? Map discussion or t-o-m's ban? If you don't agree (still) with the ban PM an admin. Its them you want to discuss it with. Although I don't see any change to that situation. If you want to disucss t-o-m making maps while banned then we can have it out here.
