All i can say is out of over a 1000 games i have played with these are there r less than 30 games against newbie's. most of my games r against other players. If this is against the rules i am happy to stop playing against any newbie. i was unaware that this was a crime. pardon me. a quick question: then who r supposed to play newbies? and i see other player including higher ranks than me creating private games for newbies to join? is this allowed? At least i don't do that>

This was BEFORE the rule came into action. I'm happy to follow the rules of CC. Dustine, however does not.
Any newbie farming AFTER this date is illegal. Before, and it doesn't matter. There was no rule against it than, and therefore, he cannot be punished for following the rules of the time.

The games I mention were started between the 14-16 of January.
so i strictly ask newbies not to join in my games...I have 30 like games prison riot 8 player foggy escalating...none of are full now....and i think nothing can stop me opening as many games as i wud like to...It is the part of deal when i got premium or am i wrong ? So if i m not given the chance to select ppl who are gonna join in my games, then what kinda excuse or abuse i can be in...I just love to play and i am crazy enough to open 30 more games with same settings etc. And not easy settings for newbies...Is it my problem when they take their seats ? And why should i posess it ? Something then dont let them join in my games and dont accuse me as a farmer then...
I'm sure there will be many different interpretations however "difficult game settings" doesn't seem to apply to all the games listed above. Standard sequential vs Freestyle etc. I see a few games Dustine will likely lose. Let's see what the admin for this area says. Like any rule, sometime future clarification is needed.

i must add... i dont PM ppl to join in my non private games... (maybe happened 1 in 1000 games) then this abuse seems to me PM abusing. Lets block such players PM options...
Hardattack, this thread isn't about you, but to settle you a bit I can say that newbies can no longer join your prison riot games, so you should have nothing to worry about. I made this thread because I saw Dustine had joined a little to many newbie-games during the past two days.

Mixed up the time codes a little on accident. However, everyone of these does say "2008", which is before 2009.
If you want to supply evidence, your first post was on the money. However, spamming his past, legal games, does not help your case.
However, Dustine did go and join a large number of games, as stated in your first post, that were singles and started by newbies. And so, we come to your first post.

How many types of noob farming do we CC community have ? So let me know please ? and what is the criteria of being and defining to be a noob ? how can i differ one to be a noob or not ? A private, is it a noob ?

if you choose to play a lot of new recruits then you can get done for newb farming

The rules say you mustn't target players with a . Playing one once in a while is ok, but playing them a lot might get you in trouble.
Once they got a promotion(i.e. or ), there's no problem playing as many as you want.

There is joining games set up solely by people ranked "Newbie", setting up games that sit on the front page of Join Games and most people that know how to play this site won't join, and there's PM spamming Newbies to join private games.
He's saying that his singles games are not as important as the 8 player games others set up; I'm just informing him, that he's wrong.

3 cases u have given namely 1 2 and 3... 1 and 3 are what i agree without any doubt...But 2, it is very thin icey subject...It is cool prison riot is not open for new recruits then i have not to worry about, but know this, i wudnt made worry about the games i create...If any of newbie come and join in my game then it is not my problem, it must not be my problem...If i am wrong, give my call, give me my new recruit filter then give me the opportunity to filter the new recruits therefore not letting them to join in my gamesss... Listen your logic kotaro and answer, isnt it true ? Dont say it for just to speak but think a bit then say it, isnt it right ? give me my filter to filter out the newbies, then i can make u sure i will filter every single new recruits away from my any games...
