Dustine is a great player and calling him a noob farmer for 13 games is absolutely ridiculous. His relative rank is nearly 1.0.... yours.... is so shitty. You got most of your points from Waterloo playing people with less than 40% the points you had. LOL.

Can a player be blocked from playing games against people from cook to sergeant? If so just put in effect and if he isn't a n00b farmer then he won't mind.

If u are refering to me , i wont mind at all. most of my games are againsts equal rank or greater.

What difference does it make? He farmed once and now he is calling someone else out on it. He has no excuse on doing this as HE ONCE DID IT ALSO. Before the change or not it makes no difference.... HE DID WAAAAY MORE DAMAGE TO THIS WEBSITE THAN DUSTINE EVER HAS. End story. He farmed for many, many games driving away potential members or whatever shit they decided. Dustine has maybe 13 games in question.... I dont agree with their anti farming decision, but its funny how a big time farmer turns on MUCH lesser offenders.

It makes a difference because it was legal when I farmed and I havn't farmed since the rule came. Would you be making these comments if someone else started the thread? Just because I made the thread makes it legal for Dustine to farm? You should care more about what's reported than who reported it. It apparently did some good because now Dustine knows it's not legal and won't continue doing it.

I play doubles games with dustine he is definately not a farmer he has the skill to progress through the ranks without doing this...this accusation looks more in bitterness than anything else.

As i have said before this is a good site or i wouldnt have been here as long but things need to change, the rules need to be implemented correctly and followed up correctly, it needs a 16+ catergory warning on the home page of the site this would stop abuse being reported if you are aware you could be hit by abusive language you cant complain. This also lets parents of minors know this. Or a forum for players above 16 where you enter at risk and abusive language in any other topic or forum gets followed up with an automatic week ban

The other biggest change should be within the score/opponent game, either no games with a player 400-500 points above or below your own score or a rating mark no player can play anyone 1000 points above or below his/her own score until they have played 500 games

Im currently banned from playing with one of my doubles partners due to me logging in and taking his turns when he has been down to 2-3 hours on the clock i cant sit around waiting for the clock to go into the last hour i also cant determine if a life problem has stopped him getting to a pc ie overtime at work, a last minute family break, stuck in a pub, doing things with family etc but all of this needs implemented into the rules.

i didnt know those rules as well. I am a simple game player around, taking my turns, playing my games, having my fun and i have a life...I dont take it to be my responsibility to know the everything everywhere and at every corner around the site. I asked a friend where i could find these news then he replied me its being not easy... So believe me it is not easy to be acknowledged from every new rule and stuff happening and coming in application. I dunno what kinda life you have then you spend ur everysingle minutes even seconds on reading whatever written around, my life s a busy one and i just take my turns here... So am i an example of ignorance too ? No not, i accept the word ignorance if and only if in the case there must be a big capitalized and fonted a main forum which contains the officially approved new rules and new conveniences. But something in somewhere, then read by very little portion of CC community, then that can not make me ignorant if i have no idea about it....

Finally, dustine is an addition and a very nice one around the site. This is my opinion and idea.

If your excuse it "I can take time out of my day to play a game, but not read the RULES", than your argument is fail. If you don't take the 5 minutes out of your "life" to see what you are and are not allowed to do on this site, than don't bitch when you get banned because you're breaking them. And no, I don't spend every minute and every second reading whatever is written on this forum; I spent it with friends. And I took the 5 minute to read the new rules and Community guidelines; and after that, I went to work; and after that, I went out and drank.

Not having 5 minutes a day to read, but having a couple hours a day to play, is no excuse. Oh, and as for the part of your rant I underlined...

Seems like it is there, in big, bold, Red letters, with a link to the rules. Funny how that works out.

I have read the rules alright. it says:

Rule #1: No multiple accounts

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Unwritten Rules

perhaps they should add an additional rule: No newbie farming

lets just keep it simple now that i am aware of the new rule i am not playing in a newbie game ever again. if i do i will take responsibility and punishment as i am now fully aware.

Yea i only bound myself with the rules here http://www.conquerclub.com/public.php?mode=rules and because http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=1 is not linked with the previous link,then i dont accept it is to be my responsibility to read announcements occasionally. How many rules are there, is it known ? How i shall be acknowledged ? It is not my ignorance but lack of information and informing of ppl it is what in best i can say... And you can not execute ppl with poor informing skills. You can not execute ppl with news which are read by very little portion of community and even only those little portion of community knows that the announcements topics contains the rules we all must obey. Put a link of announcement thread in the Rules tab and stress it that the announcement main forum includes the additional rules to be obeyed and also stress it that everysingle player around CC must read those then, yes very then call me ignorant.
Am i clear Kotaro ? Is it enough or should i go more ?

i think this is a good idea because I am sure many people out there is still unaware. there are many member who hardly read any forums at all.

We all know that, forums are full of B.S.s together with very useful items and topics. Rules, something important, something must be read, and unloyality against rules has sanctions. Issnt it ? Then rules are vital. My point is, take the rules, put somewhere apart from forum stuff and make it very clear and simple to use and read...That is my point. And dont create some rules under main rules tab, and some others under some forum topics and send some to the sunk treasures of titanic with the hope of some curious community to read... Make it one, unique, edit it when necesary, and make it easy to reach.
