The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis

Comments:PHS112 never attacked Vikermac the entire game. In fact he captured territory from another player and then surendered it to Vikermac without even attempting to defend the territory. There was no strategic advantage in his moves. When I stated my suspisions in chat he them attacked me for the first time in the game.

Well I guess PHS112 is just a very poor player and a coward then. My apologies to Vikermac for the accusation but there is no other way to be sure.
