HIstories allright, although I prefer the late modern stuff. All the early modern stuff is a bore to me.

For history, I prefer the Medieval era on back to Sumer. You know, the time of swords? And mainly military history at that.

All history is interesting, though my studies forced me to look at the 19th century more often than I'd've preferred. At Uni, I wanted to study the Crusades, but they dropped them (personnel movements took away the expertise) just before I got to the appropriate bit of the degree.
