I must say, it would be pretty ironic if there was future support for a USA revamp considering the grief you took for sticking to the original map. But it all looks good and I think it is a great idea for tournaments and niche play!
Are highways also assault routes? Great ideas. I like the way these look. The Rockies and South West, are my favorite. The west does really float my boat. The the feel of it doesn't appeal to me. I will play Rockies all the time after this is quenched.
---The Final Forge period has concluded for the USA Map Pack. All objections have had their time. The Foundry and I hereby brand this map with the Foundry Brand. Let it be known that this map is now ready for live play (barring any Lack vetoes).

However Plymouth isnt on the cape and Warick RI isnt that far south. What about Changing it to Cape cod or Provincetown and Newport RI instead.
Thanks for the suggestion but these are not the only cities that have been moved slightly fro GP reasons. Many of the other cities have been adjusted so the roads or text has been able to fit better.

I'm from Connecticut and noticed the city's placed slightly off but figured it was to make the map less cramped and more readable.
If you placed Hartford and Waterbury right where they really are it would be one big jumbled mass. The same thing with the other cities which seem slightly out of place.
Looking real nice.
I wanna conquer the New England states so LET'S PLAY
On the New England map (should probably be called Northeast): Not sure if this was brought up, but 95 goes through Philly, so it should probably be included. Othewise, it looks great!

The maps are named based on the region the represent from the USA map. As far as 95 goes, It could be included but it just makes the interstae that much more difficult to hold. Some roads were tweaked and adjusted to help out GP.
Just found another issue. The background image was not on the V2 Large. Here is an updated images and I PMed lack.

u have to appreciate the irony in that you can make a gorgeous map with such detail and miss a big thing like the background, actually that everyone missed that lol, oh well, either way i wouldnta cared, its a great map either way
