Twice it happened in the game, somehow i still won but still it should be prohibited somehow for clan members to play together in standard games unless its Vs each-other. If nothing is done i strongly will consider deletion of my account and stop promoting the game to friends.

It doesn't matter which direction and actually if you look through the game log I attacked Europe to run from Red where you should have been able to easily block, on egypt but of course your rank shows how stupid you are, and you choose not to block. When I attacked Europe you had 13 on Iceland hmm Oh yes I was running straight into you to get the kill everyone I was trying to throw the game to Xav1ier, but he didn't take advantage of my running into him and let coded kill me. Anyways still very well played good game xav1er you won b/c u played till the end. Btw again everyone runs tdans only had one choice to run into me, and if you looked at the board he ran over 2 stacks of mine, one stack of 9 and one stack of 7

ok first thing first. everyone please read game chat. u will see everything .ok i dont even know where to start. i want to make it short. but since all they are going to do is come in here and say, '' its not cheating, cc allows it'' i will like to make this as comprehensible as possible for anyone with half a brain to understand how they cheated. torresgerrard kept bugging me over and over to take him off foe. so i did.then i joined a game against him. he was losing bad early on in round 5 or something. When i saw it was no surprise to me that it was USA, although in my heart i was hoping it was Australia because i couldnt even believe they would cheat like this way. But it was the USA and i pointed out him for the cheater he is, i did this whole converstation systematically so that they cant get away with cheating again by later on saying '' oh his dad came he had to go'' thats why notice the question method of conversation. i kept asking questions and let them *TNT* incriminate themselves. thats why i ask him where he is from? he says Australia. then i tell him i have evidence its not him playing but one of his buddies, he reply is to say i am bsing and it is himself playing. then onces i get him to admit that he is indead saying that it is himself terresgarrard playing, and in that way i have my evidence that they are lieing on purpose because they know they are trying to cheat on purpose. thats when i tell him about the flag being from USA> and right away with in 30 secs after that he reloggs back into his account and the australian flag is back up. but i did have time to take a snap shot of the page. AFter they got caught in the lie, he didnt say anything for long time.just shuted up. Then when they saw that even with cheating they cant beat me, then demonfork comes into game chat, which makes me think it was most likely him playing if not lanyard, only two options there are. demondfork then comes in the game and starts trying to justify that terresgarrard had to go, and theres nothing wrong with what they did, its legal...
well here are my questions to the intellectual of minds.
1st if he really had to go for some other reason them them cheating, why did he try to defend himself that it was himself terresgarrard and that only reason he was able to go so fast was because his brother stoped downloading.

3rd look at how quick demonfork is to come and tell us all the information which terresgarrard had lied about , and try to justify it. but ignoring the whole fact that , they had tried to pretend to be terresgarrard, and act like they were him, untill they were busted.

notice torresgarrard never said another word the whole time, they were trying to pretend like he had to leave, yet he switched his flag back with in 30 secs right after i pointed out that he was showing usa flag.
so forth question is either torresgarrard was gone as demonfork says, or he was there, letting them take the turn on purpose.
if he wasnt there and was gone like demonfork says, then he could never had switched his flag back to Australia.
if he was there and letting demonfork or lanyard take his turns on purpose, then it is understandable how he was able to switch the flag back to Australia. either way they are cheating.
all i want to know is, that after you read this, and you read the game chat, and you see the two copys of the screen shot i took of terresgarrard both during the game when he showed usa flag, and after the game when he has the auz flag back, and u can see the difference of 15pts... which is the amount of pts he lost to me, it is very clear exactly what they were doing. which is cheating. i had reported lanyard/jcking/jeff hardy a few days ago with something similar. but very very veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy different. in that game, he told me toward the end that its lanyard taking the turns, just so he could brag and talk shit that it was him not jcking that beat me.
the difference is in this game, there was a delibrate attempt to cheat, and hide the fact any way possible.
all i want to know is what action is going to be taken this time with this clear attempt at cheating?
i want a score reset for demonfork and terresgarrard and a ban for all tnt players from playing with each other, because they are bunch of cheaters. i also demand they come forward and tell us why they feel like cheating is the only way they can win.
oh but btw they bit.ches lost even after cheating. so they cant even do it right.

with all there daddy lies, this is the one time they are caught red handed. and if no action is taken this time, there will never be any action taken for cheating in this way.

The accused are suspected of:
cheating, delibertly playing another players account with lower rank and skill, to try to win the game for him, because they didnt want to lose to me because i had most of there clan on ignore. it was a personal attempt to make me lose because they are too chicken to play me stright up.

You were obviously pretty angry when you posted all this, understandably so, so it took a bit of unraveling.

To summarise. It seems that once again, you took on one player, only for them to dissapear and another step in (who we do not know for sure). You weren't given the courtesy, again, of being told. You realised something was going on by the change in game style/speed. You checked the flag of origin and found that it had changed mid game. You took whoever it now was playing the game to task and the flag switched back.

The fact is that this is showing another fundemental flaw in the system. It means that a clan with a rep such as the TNT (with a lot of ex farmers guild members) are able to manipulate the system to their advantage. It matters not if it didn't work in this case, what you have shown is that it can happen.

The morality of what went on is different to whether the rules were broken. The rules weren't broken to the letter, but it was still a pretty piss poor way to conduct themselves. torresgerrard did actually condemn himself by trying to wriggle out of it when you realised something was not right....I quote:

If whoever it was had come clean immediately then you would have been angry that they were pulling this, so his responses only served to confirm your knowledge, which you had gathered from the flag change.

I do have to ask....why are you surprised? TNT have a bad reputation anyway, and provide little positive input to the site except to try to use loopholes in the system. This begs the question as to why you joined a game with one of them in the first place.

Perhaps you should open a thread in sugs and bugs about changing the rule and/or some kind of block put in place on speed games where the original players have to see it through. if they have to leave, then too bad. You may well get a lot of support, then again you may not. You will only find out by trying.

As far as accusing me of cheating, since when is coming to the defense of a clan mate considered cheating?

As far as account sitting goes, it seems to me that It is perfectly reasonable for a player to ask someone to take over a game for them if they need to leave the game for whatever reason, especially in the case of torres, who is a 13-14 year old child who has parents that ride his ass about being on CC for too long.

As far as I know, it is perfectly within the rules to have account sitters and account sitting is an integral part of the system here.

Shit happens and people don't like to deadbeat games if they suddenly have the need to leave CC.
