Oh you think so? They pplayed once this year alreayd.. and do you remember the final of that game? I sure do lol I believe its gonna be Sharks and B's at the stanly Cup
Don't remember the final score, but I know you beat up on us pretty well. Detroit wasn't on top of their game back then either though, I think it would be a different story today.
Detroit and San Jose play tonight at the Shark Tank as well, should be a good game.
As Detroit has proved over the last 10 years, the regular season means crap. They have won the president's trophy and been eliminated in the first round. They have also hoisted (not hosted) the Stanley Cup beating on teams with better regular season records than them. Boston has little playoff experience and as any good hockey fan can tell you, a playoff game is COMPLETELY different from a regular season one. The defending Stanley Cup Champions replaced Dallas Drake with Marian Hossa and an ineffective Dominick Hasek with Ty Conklin. So you can hold out hope for Boston, but my money is on the Red Wings.
This is true my friend. But with the way the B's have been playing, and the momentum... I still would have to go with them. What a series that would be though huh? Red Wings and Bruins for the Stanley Cup maybe it will happen. untill then... WHEN ARE THE NEXT GAMES GOING TO BE UP?????

Most likely you're not going to see any more games from sensfan. He's done this before. This isn't the first NHL tourney he's tried to run. He manages to send out the first game, then abandons it. It's also why I didn't join this one.
this is the second tournament I have tried to join from sensfan that he has failed to get off the ground. in the future i will not be joining any tournaments he attempts to run. i also recommend that he not be allowed to run any more tournaments because i know for a fact he has done this many times before. nobody else tried to run an nhl tournament because he was running one, and now there won't be one.
I also am dropping out of this tournament in the extremely unlikely event that someone actually gets it up and running.
I can tell you right now that running an nhl tourney is long and tedious. To many people drop out, games don't get played, and there are a lot of games to be played and made. I think I had over 2000 when I did mine and I think that was over 8 months. But I think the worst is keeping the stats. My recommendation is that no nhl tourney be started unless it is by someone who is well known for hosting tourneys and has a lot of commitment. I was going to run a second season and just didn't have the time.

I'm running my second season of my OHL tourney. The advantages in mine are that I have only 20 teams to deal with instead of 30. I've thought about switching it up, and running an NHL one, but I'm just not sure about it. I do think now though, that if you can fill your tourney with a bunch of regulars, and run it well, that we'd be able to successfully run it without too many dropouts.
I agree that it needs to be run by someone with a lot of commitment. However, much of the headache can be taken out if the 30 people in are regulars who are on every day. I'm in the nba tournament and he sends out the games to be played for that day. Everyone joins and starts the game that day and there are no problems. I do think the freemiums should be excluded because there are too many games to be played at once (especially when it gets behind like around the holidays). I know that this is not an easy tournament to run, but snesfan should have known that and not attempted the endeavour unless he was totally committed.
I agree with everyone who as drop as I will do the same
The tourament itself is a good idea, but takes time and a lot of commitment from the organizer to keep interest and needs to be limited to premium players who are on every day or have someone cover and sit their account.
Looks like the hockey players are striking until we have a new commish
